With a strong spirit to grow bigger like Fujisan(The highest mountain of the Japan), the company name was named as the 'FUJIDAI' taking the words 'FUJI'(Fuji Mountain) and 'DAI'(Big) and started the fishery processing.

Purchasing and storage of raw materials
The seafood which is the raw material bought abroad is a form called "Round" that promptly sorts and freezes directly in the water landing area to keep freshness. It carries in the fishing boats and local factory and processes in a certain level where it freezes. After customs clearance, it is kept in our "freezer refrigerator" under thorough temperature control.

Processing / Manufacturing
We do not spare "Effort" and "Time" in product creation. We carry out detailed work by "hands of people" at each stage of processing at under-processing, seasoning and product processing. Further, in "pickling" and "drying", we are making "enough time" to extract the deliciousness of seafood.
Although it is a time consuming process to produce products, we have set up "production line" and "work process" carefully so as to deal with various kinds of production such as fish type and seasoning, and by implementing process management firmly, it has been possible to the stable product creation.
In addition, we are conducting thorough safety management, and "quality control" that pursue to "deliciousness". From thawing of raw materials, primary processing · product processing to shipping, consistent "temperature control" is thoroughly carried out, that always processes at low temperature to finish without degrading the freshness of fish.
Raw material that has not undergone primary processing is processed under "fillet processing" at our factory.
※Fillet processing: It is a processing that removes the head and internal organs, bones and cerebral blood.
"Immersion", "stirring" and "top sagging" to our original seasoning liquid prepared according to the type of fish are repeated several times and "drying" slowly takes time with cold wind to finish it.
"Broiled Mackerel" is undergone the process of "salt pretend" "pickling" "stirring" "grilling" "sliced" firmly by skilled hands and finishing.
The product is wrapped after various inspections for visual confirmation, weighing confirmation, foreign matter checking with a metal detector, and finished by pasting label, (food label) for each item / shipping destination.
Packing and Shipping
Packaged goods are delivered to all parts of the country quickly by trucks and the like. In addition to thorough quality control of products, we perform product management of traceability management. We manage the products of the shipping destination to ensure "When and what line was manufactured", "When the raw material of the product is used, where the fishery fished at the fishing ground is used" and are delivering safe foods to everyone.

From fish in the near waters of Japan to the overseas ocean fish, we carefully select seafood that meets the strict standards set by us. Of course, we are using fresh seafood which you can eat safely and securely, freshly as well.
Instead of entrusting to the local packers (frozen raw material producers), we placed technical experts (expert inspectors) dedicated to importers and staff dispatched from our company on the site to establish standards such as freshness, size and lipid We check on the site and purchase only raw materials that have conforms the high quality required by our company.
※For example, import mackerel for "Mirin dried" buys raw materials with a size of 300 to 500 g per fish caught from the beginning of September to the end of January where the fat is highest in extremely cold Northern Europe. Upon selection, we carry out specimens for each landing vessel and manage them. We randomly pick up landing mackerels, cut open, check freshness and lipid with their own hands. We check the condition of "freshness" in the hardness of the body and the condition of the bruises, and touch the lipid with hand to check whether there is no shake. By buying the best quality for a year at the same time, we can offer products of stable quality all year round.
